 Terms and Conditions: General

1.     Decision and Discretion:

a.     The selection committee retains sole discretion in choosing the winner for each contest and may modify or cancel decisions as deemed necessary.

b.     Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

2.     Liability and Changes:

a.     Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants.

b.     The Mission reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

3.     Review and Agreement:

a.      Participants are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates or changes.

b.      By continuing to participate after any modifications, participants agree to be bound by the revised terms.

4.     Rights granted by participants

a.     By entering this competition, participants grant the organising entity the right to use their entries, names, and likenesses for promotional purposes with attribution but without compensation.

Terms and Conditions: Quiz Contest

 1.     Winners Selection:

a.     Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.

b.     The winners will be selected on or before 15 January 2024, and the decision is final with no correspondence entered into.

 2.     Participation:

c.     Participants must answer all quiz questions on the contest page.

d.     Only one submission per person is allowed. Multiple entries will lead to disqualification.

 3.     Cancellation and Amendments:

e.     The organising entity reserves the right to cancel or amend the quiz and these terms without notice in unforeseen circumstances.

f.     The organising entity is not responsible for in correct information provided by entrants or problems encountered during entry submission.

4.     Prize Details:

-      The winning entry will receive TWO free tickets to attend theOne World One Family Cup.

-      The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash alternatives provided.

-      Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

Terms and Conditions: Photo Contest

 1.     Entry Requirements:

-      Use the specified hashtags and tag @smsghm when posting your photo or video to ensure your entry is considered valid.

-      Tag the official account @smsghm in your post; this step is crucial for your entry to be reviewed and considered.

-      Obtain consent from individuals featured in the photo.

2.     Participants Criteria:

-      Participants must have completed the quiz first to have a valid entry.

3.     Prize Details:
